Drop Off / Pick Up
All drop offs and pick ups will be at the KC Sports Lodge
Tuesday, Sept. 16th from 4:00pm-9:00pm
Wednesday, Sept. 17th from 10:00am-4:00pm
No appointment necessary
- You will need to distribute your items to the sales floor after they have been inspected, so you may want to sort your clothes by gender & size to make the process easier. If you can bring a helper (friend, husband, mom, etc.) to assist in distributing your items, it will be much faster.
- Please allow 1 hour in your schedule for drop off. In order to maintain the high standard of quality merchandise ALL CLOTHES, SHOES AND ELECTRONICS will be inspected.
- Bring a self-addressed stamped envelope. We will use this to mail your check to you within two weeks. If you don’t have a stamped envelope, bring $1.00 and we will provide you one.

If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you and make sure to let us know during drop off.
Items not picked up by 4:00 pm on Sept. 21st will be donated to charity. The donation truck will be loaded at this time and we can not allow anyone in afterward. We must vacate the building at our scheduled time and we will not take merchandise home with us.
Please be aware: If you choose NOT to donate your unsold merchandise you MUST pick it up! A penalty of 5% of your sales will be deducted from your check if you do not pick up your unsold items by 4:00 pm when the donation truck is loaded.
